Bacon and eggs Bacon and Eggs with a difference. Use for picnic or just as something different.
- some bacon rashers (smoked, cured or non-smoked)
- large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- cook the bacon in a saucepan till just cooked. Don’t overdo it.
- line a muffin baking tray with the cooked bacon, cut a bit for the bottom as well
- break an egg into each bacon lined “muffin hole”
- add salt and pepper to taste
- bake in oven at 180ºc for 7-12 minutes or till th egg is set according to your taste
- remove from tray and serve
