Chocolate shavings make any chocolate cake or chocolate dessert look good
Ingredient
Dark chocolate
Method
- Spread melted chocolate on a glassy surface.
- Keep spreading chocolate until it start to set.
- Shave thin layers of chocolate off using a metal scraper or the back of a thick knife.
- This is difficult to do but keep practicing. Once you get the angle right its relatively easy to manage.
To be used for decoration.
