Sweet pastry for tart shells

Ingredients

  • 292 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 540 g Cake  Flour
  • 2 Eggs

Method

  • Mix Egg, Butter and Sugar well.
  • Add the flour and mix until flour is incorporated.
  • Chill for 1 hour before using.
  • Roll on a floured surface and line a dish.
  • Line with baking paper and fill with beans.
  • Bake at 180ºc for 8 minutes.
  • Remove the paper and press holes with a fork.
  • Return to the oven at 180ºc for 9 minutes or until edge start to take color.
