French toast sandwich

Bread dipped in egg and fried with a centre of melted mozzarella


  • 6 Eggs 
  • 10 Slices white bread 
  • 5 Slices Mozzarella cheese
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Butter for frying


  • Soak bread both sides in egg.
  • Place a slice of cheese between two slices bread.
  • Dip sandwich in egg again and fry on medium heat until brown both sides.
  • Serve hot.

Make 5 sandwiches.
