French toast sandwich Bread dipped in egg and fried with a centre of melted mozzarella
- 6 Eggs
- 10 Slices white bread
- 5 Slices Mozzarella cheese
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
- Soak bread both sides in egg.
- Place a slice of cheese between two slices bread.
- Dip sandwich in egg again and fry on medium heat until brown both sides.
- Serve hot.
Make 5 sandwiches.
