Sweet corn fritters Fritters made with cream style sweet corn
- 1 cop Cream style sweet corn
- 1¼ cup Pea flour
- 2 ml Bicarbonate of soda
- Pinch of Salt
- Mix all ingredients together to form a just runny batter.
- All the flour may not be needed depending on thickness of corn so add ¼ cup at a time until required thickness is reached.
- Drop teaspoons full in hot oil and deep gry until golden color on both sides.
Make about 30 portions.
