Coconut ice Sweet coconut sweet in 2 colors
- 100 g Coconut
- 175 g Icing sugar
- 40 g Fresh cream
- Red colouring
- Mix the coconut and Icing sugar well.
- Add the cream and mix well.
- Colour ½ the mixing red.
- On a piece of thin plastic roll the red Coconut ice to a square 5 mm thick.
- On a separate plastic roll the white Coconut ice to the same measurements.
- Brush the red part with water and place the white part on top.
- Refrigerate for an hour and cut in 2 cm blocs.
