Coconut ice

Sweet coconut sweet in 2 colors


  • 100 g Coconut
  • 175 g Icing sugar
  •  40 g Fresh cream
  • Red colouring


  • Mix the coconut and Icing sugar well.
  •  Add the cream and mix well.
  • Colour ½ the mixing red.
  •  On a piece of thin plastic roll the red Coconut ice to a square 5 mm thick.  
  • On a separate plastic roll the white Coconut ice to the same measurements.
  • Brush the red part with water and place the white part on top.
  •  Refrigerate for an hour and cut in 2 cm blocs.
