Creamy whipped fudge

Ingredients

  • 190 ml Evaporated milk (Ideal milk)
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 125 g Butter

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil on medium heat.
  • Boil for 5 minutes stirring continuos to prevent burning.
  • Whisk with a electric beater for 5 minuter.
  • Spread in a dish 14 x 22 cm lined with baking paper.
  • Set aside to cool at room temperature.
  • Cut in blocks and serve
