Creamy fudge Creamy whipped fudge
- 190 ml Evaporated milk (Ideal milk)
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 125 g Butter
- Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil on medium heat.
- Boil for 5 minutes stirring continuos to prevent burning.
- Whisk with a electric beater for 5 minuter.
- Spread in a dish 14 x 22 cm lined with baking paper.
- Set aside to cool at room temperature.
- Cut in blocks and serve
