Chocolate ganache

Ganache with a lot of uses made with semisweet chocolate and only 2 ingedients

Ingredients

  • 100 g Semisweet chocolate
  • 120 ml Fresh cream

Method

  •  Bring cream to the boil.
  • Pour hot Cream over chocolate pieces.
  • stir until all chocolate is melted.
  • The colder the Ganache gets the thicker the constancy will be.
