Roast tomato salsa Tomato salsa with roasted Italian tomato, garlic, chilly and coriander leaves
- 1 Tin chopped Italian tomato
- 1 onion cut in quarters
- 2 cloves garlic unpeeled but cut in halve
- 2 chilly or to taste
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- ¼ cup coriander leafs
- Combine all ingredient except the coriander and roast until most juice is reduced.
- Remove the garlic skin.
- Place in food possessor and mix in coriander leafs.
