Ingredients

  •  4 Eggs
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 175 g Self raising Flour
  •  5 ml Baking powder
  •  50 g Coco powder
  •  40 g Butter room temperature

Method

 

  •  Preheat oven to 175ºc.
  •  Mix all ingredients together with a electrical mixer. Mix just until all is mixed.
  • Pour into 24 cm round baking pan.
  • Bake at 190oc for 30 min.
  •  Bake until a skewer comes out clean.
  • leave till cool cut in halve and spread with your filling of choice.
  •  Makes 1 round cake 2 slices.
  • May be frozen.
