Roasted Butternut chips

Ingredients

  • Butternut
  • Ground Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 220ºC.
  • Peel and cut Butternut into chips.
  • Cover slightly with oil and season.
  • Roast in oven at 220º

Serve hot as required
