BBQ sauce
Sweet & tangy sauce for any roast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Coca cola
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 tin Tomato paste 70 g
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup Caramel brown Sugar
- ½ cup Molasses
- ½ cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2½ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Dried crushed red chilly
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Use as basting for roast or as marinade.
- May also be used on vegetables.
