Humus Humus with roasted red pepper
- 1 Tin Chick peas (425 g drained weight 244 g )
- 2 Roasted red bell peppers (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 Cloves garlic
- ½ cup Tehina
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- Drain Chick peas and retain water.
- Place all ingredient in food possessor.
- Blend very well adding some of the water if to thick.
- Chill before serving.
- Before serving drizzled with olive oil and sprinkle with Paprika.
- Serve with pita bread.
