Humus

Humus with roasted red pepper

Ingredients

  •  1 Tin Chick peas (425 g drained weight 244 g )
  •  2 Roasted red bell peppers (optional)
  •  1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  •  2 Cloves garlic
  •  ½ cup Tehina
  •  Salt to taste
  •   Juice of 2 Lemons

Method

  •  Drain Chick peas and retain water.
  •  Place all ingredient in food possessor.
  •  Blend very well adding some of the water if to thick. 
  •  Chill before serving.
  •  Before serving drizzled with olive oil and sprinkle with Paprika.
  •  Serve with pita bread.
